Finished Found Quilts

A friend of a dear friend lost her mother. While packing her things, they found a box with some fabric which they generously gave to me. 

As I was sorting through the fabric, I found two small unfinished pieces. I was able to finish the centers and add borders from the fabric in the box. Then I added batting and backing, quilted and did the binding.

I was able to give two throw sized quilts back to the family. They will surly find some comfort wrapped in a cozy quilt while watching a good show or reliving fond memories.
