New Year

Happy New Year 2017

Happy New Year!!! I hope each of you and your families experience good health, peace and happiness during 2017.

After the hectic holiday season I think we look for the new year to be a fresh start.  Many of us make New Year's Resolutions and vow to do better in some aspect of our lives.

One of my nieces forwarded a neat idea to me. Not a resolution necessarily, but something to try to keep up with during the new year.    I'm sorry the author is unknown.  The idea is to save a "snippet" from each fabric you use during 2017.  At the end of the year you will have a sample of each fabric as a kind of a fabric timeline!!!

Happy New Year 2012

Happy New Year!!!  2012 started out great and I hope this first day is an indication of how the rest of the year will goLaughing.

Last night, my husband and I were able to spend the evening at our son and daughter-in-law's house.  This morning we slept in then went out for a late breakfast with some dear friends.  I got to speak with my daughter and grandson over the phone and after a quick trip to the grocery store with a friend, we had a Starbucks and a nice visit.   I was able to spend the rest of the day in my studio!

Happy New Year

I wish each and everyone of you a Happy New Year.  I hope you have a happy, healthy, prosperous 2011.

The beginning of the new year always brings a sense of renewal.  An opportunity to start fresh in certain areas of our lives and not fret over what is past.  I have only one New Year's Resolution this year.  My resolution is to be/do more.  I figure there is always room for improvement and if I improve a little bit in several areas, I will have a very good year.
